Turning Interest into Action
Inclusive Eats is a nonprofit organization started by high school students in Woburn, Massachusetts and has expanded into chapters in NY and NM. Our mission is to combat food insecurity by providing culturally-relevant ingredients to families who need it most. By doing so, we are not only helping to feed families in need, but also celebrating their cultures and identities.
We may have a small team, but that doesn't stop us from our dedication to create an impact in the face of a problem. We are looking to expand our reach to bring real impact in our community. Join us in our mission to bring food security to those who need it most.

Founder / Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Noah Sheldon
Noah Sheldon founded Inclusive Eats with a vision to integrate cultural representation into food aid. His leadership focuses on expanding the organization's reach and impact through strategic partnerships and community engagement, emphasizing awareness and advocacy as the key to overcome cultural misunderstandings. In his free time, Noah enjoys cooking, spending time with friends, and collecting vinyls.
Chief Operations Officer (COO) / Head of Research
Luke Sheldon
As COO and Head of Research, Luke Sheldon drives the operational excellence and data-collection at Inclusive Eats. His role ensures that the organization’s activities are efficient and impactful, fostering a data-driven approach to understanding and addressing food insecurity with cultural sensitivity. Outside of Inclusive Eats, Luke is a pilot-in-training with hopes to dismantle mental health stigmas in the aviation community.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Aditya Amin
Aditya Amin, the CFO of Inclusive Eats, manages the financial strategy and health of the organization. His expertise in finance ensures sustainable growth and effective funding of community projects, aligning financial management with the mission of cultural inclusivity in food security. Aditya enjoys weightlifting, wrestling, spending time with family, and cooking!
Director of Events / Fundraising
Owen Keenan
Owen Keenan leads Inclusive Eats' events and fundraising efforts with a focus on creating engaging experiences that connect donors and community members to the organization's mission. In his free time, Owen enjoys listening to music, thrifting, and hanging out with his friends.
Director of Marketing
Betil Tanrisev
As Director of Marketing, Betil Tanrisev harnesses her expertise in digital marketing and public relations to enhance Inclusive Eats’ visibility and outreach. Her strategies focus on telling compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences, fostering a deeper community connection to the organization’s cause. Outside of Inclusive Eats, Betil loves going on trips to Boston with friends, watching TV, and going to the beach.
Legal Director / Secretary
Luke Shamashkin

Her strategies focus on telling compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences, fostering a deeper community connection to the organization’s cause. For fun, Luke enjoys going on ski trips, watching memes, and running.

LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK CHAPTER
Inclusive Eats has expanded its impact beyond the Massachusetts area. We've reached into the heart of Long Island, where many of the underrepresented communities have been left uncared for. We're dedicated to ensuring that inclusivity is everywhere, providing everyone with that sweet, nostalgic, and safe taste of home.
New York Chapter President
Ryan Chen
Born and raised through the many parts of New York, Ryan Chen has experienced the problems that plague the state—most notably food insecurity, and the lack of cultural representation. As NY President, Ryan is driven and truly impassioned about making an impact and ensuring inclusivity for all. He is committed to bridging gaps in his community, advocating for meaningful change, and fostering a future where everyone feels seen and supported. In his free time, Ryan loves playing the piano, spending time with his friends, and perfecting his latte art.
New York Community Liaison
David Sun
A dedicated advocate for community service, David Sun is passionate about making a tangible impact in New York. With extensive experience in volunteerism, he works to foster meaningful partnerships and connect communities with the resources they need. As New York Community Liaison, he is committed to creating a more inclusive and supportive environment to better serve the diverse needs of New York’s communities. In his free time, David enjoys playing the violin, exploring new cuisines, and tinkering with computer parts.
ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO CHAPTER
Albuquerque is our first chapter that we've opened outside of Massachusetts. Our team is dedicated to advocating Inclusive Eats' mission for Albuquerque's large Hispanic/Latino population. Even in New Mexico, it is our goal for everyone to get that taste of home.
New Mexico Chapter President
Quinn Ross
Quinn Ross, our enthusiastic New Mexico Chapter President, brings a vibrant energy to Inclusive Eats. With a passion for community service and a knack for leadership, Quinn has been pivotal in expanding our initiatives across New Mexico, ensuring that every project not only reaches but also resonates with the community. In his free time, Quinn enjoys thrifting, making clothes, playing the guitar, and going on drives.

Adán Ramirez
Adán Ramirez serves as the New Mexico Community Liaison for Inclusive Eats, where his local insights and strong communication skills are invaluable. Adán is dedicated to forging strong community ties and enhancing our outreach efforts, ensuring that our programs are both accessible and impactful to the diverse populations we serve.
